Matt and Anthony were very helpful and friendly. They had just merged with Sprint and learning the new system. They were patient throughout and didn't show their frustration if any. Very happy with becoming a TMobile customer.

Wish I could give Zero. They do not want to help out the elderly, must go in person during a Covid19 pandemic. Wanted my elderly dad to do this and would not budge on this, funny how his bank will help us, but a cell company won't. Afraid I might take his phone number. Sorry company if you ask me, would not even allow me to use video chat with my dad so they could see him and his ID, stated they had to scan it.
This sprint store is totally un ethical went in many times to try & get my bill figured out because there were charges that shouldn’t be on our bill the employee said he would check with his manger only to find all he did was go outside & smoke a cigarette & come back & tell me they couldn’t help us. Then I went in a few months ago & tried again with Ben a retail consultant & explained to him this bill was wrong & that I wanted to get it straightened out & he just kept on saying I had to pay such & such I told him my husband just passed away & that this is upsetting he never once said sorry to hear that my condolences are with you or sorry but Ben continued to talk down to me to the point my son had to step in. Don’t trust them! If I could give them no star I would. Stay away from them. Needless to say we are so happy we different company.
