Brought my iphone x in to get the charging port replaced. They told me since it's soldered to the circuit board that it wasn't repairable and they would have to replace the phone. They wanted over $500. Thought it was a little strange since soldering isn't permanent. I called a local cell phone repair shop and they said it would be no problem to replace the charging port and for a very low fee on top of that. When I told them what computer world told me they couldn't believe they even said that. Seems to me they wanted to get a lot of money from me and get a phone the could cheaply fix and re sell for a very big profit. Computer world has forever lost my business
All the employees were friendly and helpful. Going the extra mile to answer questions and help. Definitely recommend them for all Apple care
