Jerry is a perfectionist and a good people person. Highly recommend!
Contacted them to see about a quote to have a TV installed in home. I never heard back from them. Ended up going to Best Buy to purchase a TV, and have it installed .
Jerry came to evaluate our current sound system and gave us several recommendations to meet our family's needs. He came back (quickly!) and installed new indoor and outdoor speakers. Jerry has been very responsive, and his work is excellent! We will definitely be using him for future projects!
Jerry was awesome! After getting no response from 2 other installers I tried Control Freaks and heard back right away. He was out here the next morning and got the job done. Everything looks great, and it cost just a little more than the expensive mount he suggested I return to Best Buy for one he provided for $50. Would definitely recommend Control Freaks and this is who I will be calling for any future needs.
Jerry took great effort in ensuring that everything was set up to our satisfaction. He provided suggestions for improved performance, all of which came at very little additional cost, but made a significant difference in how we use our equipment. Highly recommend!
