Hi I just got back home from this location and I am very satisfied. I had first gone to Starbucks and at first they gave me the wrong coffee in the wrong size and when I went back they shorted me on the coffee that I had paid $8 for. I went to Dunkin and told them that I had been very disappointed by Starbucks and that I wanted them to surprise me and make my morning better. They gave me a discount and an amazing surprise coffee! The staff is super cool 10/10 would recommend this location

Very busy, but the employees were super fast and professional! Drive thru and inside were both packed, but I got in and out very quickly.

It’s usually very fast getting your items here and very good! But today it took super long! 20+ minutes. But they gave me a $10 gift card for the wait. ❤ufe0f Thanks to everyone at dunkin.

Today is National Donut Day...however the staff here fails to acknowledge that and will not give you your free donut. I brought the promotion to the staffs attention this morning while picking up my mobile order and was informed that they will not honor the promotion as my order was already completed in the system (again made online). I informed the staff that this was not stated on the ad, but they still refused to honor their promotion. I kindly let the staff know this was poor customer service as they are not taking care of the customer. Great learning opportunity for your staff on how to treat loyal customers and honoring promotions. Enjoy your 1 star!

They have a decent breakfast menu. I was disappointed by the simple glazed donut I purchased. It was wet/melted on top and kind of dried out inside. But I was there mid afternoon and donuts are made early in the morning so, I cannot fault them for my timing.
