Was with a group of 3. Salads were brought out with main orders. I salad was wrong. I had a steak with a baked potato. My steak was cold enough that the butter on top didn't melt. Baked potato was missing. And found a piece of plastic in my salad.nAlso had to keep tracking down our waitress to get refills on drinks.nDuring the day the place is great. But night shift needs work!
Normally we have always been happy with their service. Yesterday 1st we were seated by a gentleman, all 3 of us asked for diet coke, received root beer. Then a lady took our order. My husband asked for onion rings received French fries. Lastly went up front to pay. My husband asked for a apple pie. The gentleman charged and grabbed carmal apple. I told him he wanted plain apple and he did switch. Very disappointed.
The food was the only thing good. Waited 15 minutes to be seated while the manager, hostess and another employee stood behind the counter talking. Waitress forgot our coffee and one person's entire meal, than stood behind us laughing about it, like we couldn't hear them. Then the lady I believe her name was Brittany who helped bring our food and was the cashier wasn't wearing a mask and coughing.
Awesome staff and great food!
