I am changing my review from 3 years ago. From 2 stars to 1 star. If I could go zero stars I would. I was craving a donut like I had when I went to Dunkin Donuts as a kid. You know, soft fresh donuts with lots of filling. Didn't get that at all today. Instead, stale old donuts with hardly any filling in it. highly disappointing for small donuts that cost a $1 each or close to it if you get a dozen. So sad! Finally, there was not many choices to choose from.

My first time at a DD, my husband was excited to show me one of his childhood favorites. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and prices were reasonable. They were short-handed so some stuff wasn't available, which is understandable being in a pandemic. The cashier answered questions and was extremely friendly, relating things to me in ways I could understand.nI got the maple glazed and the new ghost pepper flavored. They were good, maybe not great compared to other chains. But they weren't stale or poorly made. Just not as good to me personally as some other chains.

Love the coffee and donuts, always have, but the people working are always so rude. They sound like they hate their life when ordering and then when you get to the window they don’t even say anything to you. Not even even “hi” or “have a good day.” Literally no words. Not every single one is like this I have had some very nice workers but almost every time the worker is not nice.

Don't let a long morning line wrapped around the building scare you off. I see this scenario play out many morning. The team here is it down to a science though. The line moves quickly and efficiently. You won't be waiting long. Coffee and Iced Coffee are both good. Most of the time the donuts are delicious too. Try their snack wraps or roll ups they are delicious also.
