Great service over phone. Called in to pick up medication that day. He let me know that prescribed brand medication was on recall, was checking for another brand, which was in stock. Let me know that my insurance did not cover it, gave me price and suggestion to get reimbursed for it. Very helpful.nThank you.
Called 8 time 4 time busy single and the other 4 and getting put on hold for over 30 mintues till they answer my question and then get told they are busy and my two meds i need for my asthma might not ve ready today maybe tomorrow or the next day the lady told me.
I just waited on hold for over 20 minutes for someone, and hung up and called back for the same woman to be snotty towards me. How unprofessional.
Absolutely ridiculous pharmacy. They either put you on hold for ever or they just don’t answer had to call a store manager to have them go check as to why they haven’t answered their calls one time and I have tried 5 Seperate times since 9am and it’s now 2pm. Get it together I only have time to stop and do errands before work I can’t wait all day to find out if my prescription is ready because you WONT ANSWER THE PHONE
