Guys it’s not a doctors office like most of us thought!!! My husband and I finally gave in to our curiosity about the place and it’s great!! The staff is very knowledgeable about what they offer and friendly. We did the full body cryotherapy and it was a pleasant experience. Don’t let the intimidation hold you back from trying it out. It is a dry cold and feels like a walk in freezer but with many added benefits. I have found that I am sleeping better which makes for a better mood and many other positives. I am an Army veteran with joint and bilateral hip pain and I believe that the cryotherapy is helping relieve inflammation in the area. I am not sure this would “cure” my pain completely but do believe it would significantly aid in the rehabilitation process. As always you have to stick to something to see long term results but with the full body cryotherapy you may notice immediate results for pain relief. I have done the full body cryotherapy consecutively for three days now and believe it is the reason my runs have lasted longer where as before I would be in pain due to my hips. It may be expensive but if you make your health a priority the overall life satisfaction will be worth it. Don’t forget to check Groupon for offers. Amazing service and extremely informative! I went in for the full body cold therapy and the lovely girl there talked me through it the whole time and gave me a tour since it was my first time! I can’t wait to come back!
