The staff does not read minds!!! I have frequented this establishment for many years. They are always kind, courteous, and listen when I ask for the strength to be softer or harder. Most people do not speak up and therefore do not get what they want. I always speak up and have never had a bad experience.

Everything others complain about- being too rough was very appealing to me. They did a great job working out those knots

Went to get a massage couple 2 weekends ago and the lady was using her elbows and it hurt the whole entire time!! Since then I couldn’t take a deep breath or sneeze without having pain in my left shoulder! Went to a doctor and they told me that my ribs in my shoulder were out of place(3) and she had to put them back where they belong!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Still in a lot of pain!
