I am so pleased with the service I received today. I went in for a 1 hour reflexology and ended up adding on an additional massage because it was just that heavenly!!!!nnA few things to note: they don’t speak English very well. This doesn’t bother me as I’m used to living and traveling to other countries where of course, they speak their native language so I’ve had to adjust accordingly.nnI do believe it will be beneficial for them to learn basic words to better serve customers but I didn’t need to say much if anything at all during my massage because the gentleman who serviced me was exceptional at reading my body language.nnAlso, they will try to up sell you which I accepted. I enjoy having people sell me things but that’s an entirely different mindset/conversation not suitable for this review. If you don’t want whatever they’re offering simply say “no thank you”. They will probably ask again because that’s their job. I’m actually a bit annoyed and confused when people don’t upsell because they’re potentially losing out on money.nnThis will now be my go to spot! Highly recommend!
They are great! Wonderful table, chair or foot massages. Great option of a table massage where a second person does a fott massage too. Careful of the upsell, they always try to convince you to get more.
I love this place. I am a massage therapist. They are very firm at time and rarely speak english but do a great job. I like them because I can usually just walk in and get a massage immediately. Weekends can be busier.
I feel so much better now!!!
Terrible customer service rude phone etiquette try to schedule appointment they just say to come in they have availability but every time I walk in they have a 30- 1 hour wait which is why I'm trying to book appointment they do not listen just hang up
