The drive up service is pretty solid. It’s relatively quick and they get things right on the order. It’s less great shopping inside. Sometimes it’s good, but there’s plenty of times when lines are long and it feels like they aren’t optimizing as well as they could.
I found my experience to be a welcomed ease. I didn't have much time. I found it easy to find everything I needed. That in which I couldn't I received assistance in obtaining. I find this to be the norm as whenever I shop at Target. Even when the store is packed. There's always enough workers, and I don't find myself stuck in line. I enjoy doing my shopping at Target.
Employees were cranky and snapping at customers and each other. Management needs to do a much better job of taking care of employees. It's obviously a very stressful time and season, employees would not be behaving that way if management actually supported them. If management is stressed then the corporation needs to do a better job of supporting all their employees. Basically, employees need to be better taken care of, they can't help customers to the best of their abilities if they have no support from management.
No fitting room for costumers
I am big on costumer service. I think that target hires great employees that are always helpful when needed and patient. I also love the deals on target circle that are given to me and how we can always earn money back every time I spend.
