The experience was great. I haven't had the opportunity to visit any stores due to Covid-19.
I was helped very quickly for a return on items that were a gift for my wedding night that unfortunately were to large. I can use the gift card online to make things easier.
Needed to return a bag that broke after a week of having it and the cashier was trying to make it impossible to return. When I walked into the store I asked the greeter if they could look up my return with my rewards phone number and she said yes. The cashier told me I can't look up with phone number and it needs to be email... my mom purchased the bag for me and she has a few different emails so after attempting to call her and trying several emails THEN the cashier says she can just use the phone number. Why try and make it complicated for yourself? You just wasted us both 10 minutes.
Is this location going out of business?? There is less and less merchandise when I go and I don’t see any signs of it getting any better.
It has become harder to actually shop the store here, I do most of my shopping online but the fact that there is a store where I can do free returns is extremely convenient. When I come in for a return its simple, I give them the items show the receipt on my phone and they process a return. It's so quick and easy, that I take larger risk when shopping online. I also do browse their shoe collections while I am there and I always tend to be surprised when I get to the register, almost always the price is lower at the register... winning!
