I ordered online for my Panera to be delivered. The tracker doesn't work very well at informing what stage your food is at. My order wasn't out for delivery until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be here and all in all, my food arrived about 30 minutes late with no communication from the store. I was missing a yogurt. The mac and cheese was still hot and the sandwiches were tasty. I suppose the cookie added was supposed to be a consolation.

The food was amazing but the employees didn't have the best attitude. But over all it was an awesome experience and definitely a go to place

I ordered a pick 2 (half teriyaki chicken sandwich, 1 small cup of soup & bag of chips) from their kiosk. The food & service was great as usual, but I'm giving them a lower rating because only 1 kiosk was open when I grabbed food around 5pm. I took a decent amount of time deciding on my food, so I'd recommend using their Panera Bread app if you have a big group since it'll be faster than waiting in line for the kiosk.nnTheir dining area was closed due to coronavirus prevention measures so if you want to eat the food at the mall, you'll have to bring your food up to the food court. They have a to-go pick up shelves area, which is nice if you order online. I believe they also have reserved parking spots near the entrance if you want to do contactless pickup. They also have a cashier for the bakery section if you only want to grab some bread or pastries.nnI guess the only thing I miss is the option to get a free cup of water when I used to dine in personud83dude05 but overall, Panera still has some great food

Never had tomato soup so good. The grilled cheese was on point.
