This is a must do. I have never been so relaxed in my life. You get to a point where all you notice is your breathing. You forget your body is even there. I tried doing mindfulness meditation to relax my body but found I was already fully relaxed. The best part is that I don't remember the last time I didn't have back pain but I don't right now! It was a beautiful experience.nnI need to find out what type of body wash, shampoo and conditioner they provide because it smells amazing.

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES.... try Floating! Its a great experience and I really like this facility best. Just seems cleaner than other places I've tried. Also, don't discount floating on your first try, the first time can be just about getting used to it. Its a whole and unique experience and it may be hard to just relax... but by the second or third go you will be nodding off like me and waking up feeling really great... it also just helps with aches and pains and allows your body to relax into its natural state of being, slowly releasing tension and letting the magnesium from the salt really help those sore muscles. Go and enjoy the benefits of this very pleasant and healing experience.
