This spa was exceptional in every aspect. The waiting area is gorgeous and inviting, and the rooms are beautiful with your own private ensuite. I had Marilyn she was excellent and so thorough. It truly was a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back.

I recently visited Well Spa as a gift from my husband who wanted to plan a full day at the spa for Valentine’s Day. He arranged for me to have a 90 minute massage, 60 minute facial, pedicure and manicure. Talk about the works! I loved the relaxing atmosphere, having my own private suite and the friendly staff. However, the area where they do pedicures was freezing. Not sure if something was wrong with the heating system but it was uncomfortably cold. They did have blankets nearby. It seemed a bit clumpy to have a huge blanket while having your feet in water. Also I got a gel no chip manicure but noticed that only after a few days, my polished chipped. I’ve had other gel manicures prior and none of them chipped this quickly. The prices are pretty expensive so would expect top notch products.
I had the best massage from River! I am also massage therapist (in Illinois) and honestly, I'm pretty particular. She has fantastic intuition and also addressed the areas I requested. My wife's therapist was also great. The couples massage room was tranquil and clean. I was relaxed from beginning to end. I'm very excited to go back for the full spa experience with facials and pedicures. They were fully booked (with the exception of a 9am slot) a week before when I made the appointments so book early! Don't forget to tip your therapist. They work hard so you can relax!
