Paid for a 60 minute massage several weeks ago which was scheduled for this past Saturday. I was surprised this business was listed as open on its website considering COVID-19/quarantine, but figured I'd treat myself to a massage for my birthday weekend! Booked my appointment, had my appointment confirmed (key part there), and all was set. Easy. Received several reminders for my appointment.nnTurns out, the business was not open. Got to the location 10 minutes early and saw signage saying that the business was closed due to COVID. Had a bad feeling, but figured I was there before it opened (had a 9:00 a.m. appointment) and that the signage was just never taken down. Turns out my intuition was right! Nobody showed up. Sat outside of the business for the next 30 minutes, 20 minutes into what should've been my appointment. Called the phone number that I was provided and that was listed on the website several times, but it went straight to voicemail. Left at 9:25 a.m. and left a voicemail saying that I had waited and would appreciate a phone call back.nnNever received any communication on the business's end. Really, really horrible experience. If your business is closed, it shouldn't be possible to book an appointment with you online, and THEN have the appointment confirmed. Total scam.
Great service!! Greeted immediately upon entering by very friendly service and was directed into a small private room with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. My boyfriend and I have gotten multiple couple massages over the years and we both agreed this was the best overall experience and massage we have received! Highly recommend!
I've always had a great experience here.
It was more than what I expected but in a good way. My therapist was kind, patient, and went beyond the service that I paid for because she was attentive and wasn't in a rush to get my appointment over with. I felt appreciated as a customer. I think will be scheduling another massage with them soon.
Amazing start to finish love the staff and vibe is perfect for relaxation or theraputic style massages ....the staff is intuitive and soothing from arrival to departure. The decor is original and if you are appreciate an artful decor it is the place. The early week specials are hard to beat!
