Katie is the absolute best. I don't trust my eyebrows to anyone else! She takes time to discuss products with me and I always leave feeling like my eyebrows are on point. I've since moved away from Wauwatosa but still come back specifically for Katie!

I've been going for Brazilian waxes for almost 2 years with the same lady. The first couple times were great, good conversation and so forth. The last few times were not so good. She was late and a lot less focused on removing the hair. Not to mention I've always had an issue with the receptionist because instead of handing me my debit card back she slides it on the counter. HOW RUDE!!! Today will definitely be my last day. It sucks because this place was so close to my house. But my respect is more important.
Madyson was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and down to earth. Best Brazilian waxing I've gotten! Highly recommend!
