If I could give this joke of a company less than one star, I would. The Embassy Complex is FALLING APART. The walls are literally crumbling due to mold and water damage...check out the attached photos. Shoreline Real Estate is unresponsive and doesn’t care that you are sleeping within two feet of dangerous mold and mildew. Do not rent apartment 84 in the Embassy. Better yet, do not even rent from Shoreline. Terrible experiences all around.
