Amazing experience.... The L.P Juan is fantastic... Truly a great worker and his customer service even while doing his job is beyond standard
Huge lack of customer service far too many employees standing around to not acknowledge customers in need of help or walking past them. Either the employees were on their phones, talking to each other or just standing around doing nothing. They need a customer service class for their employees ASAP I wish I was a secret shopper I wonder if they still have those because they would get a big F.
Kept clean with good service.
I visit the mall often and park by Nordstrom because I can always get a close park and the stores I shop at are very close. I can't recall one single time I have ever walked through the doors and have been greeted. The staff looks upon you like you are beneath them. Im big on customer service and this location lacks just that as well as lacks inventory its nothing like the Nordstrom in Chicago. Today I tried to look at perfume and was looked at like why are you here? They are all SOOO rude. I kindly took my money to the other end of the mall where I was promptly greeted and my presence and money spent was appreciated!
Leia with Estee Lauder is amazing! She helped me find everything I needed and she made great recommendations!nThe pomegranate face wash and face cream are very moisturizing and the scent is just heavenly
