Good atmosphere, good service, good food. Worthwhile all around. They do have eat in now, which I avoided, not 5⭐. Their space is too small to do eat in safely now, but worth taking to go, if you want something warm and filling.

It's a joke. I can't believe a manager would let food that badly prepared go out. No real cook in the kitchen that's for sure. Probably under paid and under trained personal.nOur turkey sandwich had 0, nul, no dressing whatsoever. Plain meat, greens, avocado on a piece of bread. $9!!! Not even trying to put a little olive oil, salt pepper.... Nothing!nOnion soup was gross. Onion had been sitting in the pot all day so they were grossly overcooked...like melted... Gross texture.nI just don't get it...nI didn't really want to vent in a revision I called the place. Press 5 to talk to someone... and you get a busy signal!!! Tried a few times. Even tried to place a phone order... same deal. Couldn't talk to anyone... So I had to write this review.nGood luck Panera on Ogden!

Ordered a half steak & white cheddar and other things. But on my sandwich i asked for spinach and mozzarella to be added. Which were not on my sandwich. They were out of the bread that gos with soup. I ordered chips instead. Which was also out. But person were brought order out didnt not tell me. Grrrr

I ordered a sandwich, which I received burnt to a crisp, and I ordered french onion soup and they gave me tortilla chips instead of bread to put into it. Also the silverware packet was already pre-opened.. I do not recommend them..

The last two times I came here I had to request to have the tables cleaned off! No tables were cleaned off! I should not have to ask for this to be done! Especially twice! The last two times I spent about $50.00 dollars here. Both times I ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup. The second visit there was hardly any cheese on the bread on the sandwiches I ordered. I asked for the sandwiches to be remade. They remade them and gave me a free chocolate chip cookie. They need to work on customer service and upkeep of the restaurant in keeping the tables and floor clean.nnUPDATE:nnNO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE TO DATE!
