Coffee is super super bitter. Sausage egg cheese wrap had a chemical like cleaner taste couldn't eat it. Overall waste of money. Bagel bites are probably the safest item to get.
My family and I love our morning trips to this Dunkin. Staff is always super friendly and professional and coffee and food always hot and fresh. Highly recommend.
Great food and drinks...No problems with incorrect orders, and pleasant and friendly. I enjoy their rewards program, and many bonus opportunities along with free stuff promos. During the pandemic, I've been ordering on the app and picking it up in the drive thru. It's been working great. ud83dudc4d
I used to live by a Dunkin' and eventually stopped going altogether because they were AWFUL. So slow, it was almost surreal. Continually getting orders wrong, hot things were cold, etc.nThe Dunkin on W Capitol is the total opposite. I love the weekday morning crew; they're so fast, they always seem like they're having fun but also staying on top of things. I look forward to going there. Please, keep up the good work!
I always do the drive thru a few times a week and the workers/staff are always very friendly and happy to help! Also the drive thru is fast and efficient not a long waiting time at all!
