It's a bakery. They really do wedding cakes wonderfully. Separate room for tastings.nBut a nice big entry area with a long counter of all the fresh-made bakery goodies you could want. Of course they specialize in their cheesecake and you can get it in a variety of slices or full cake sizes.nCookies are fantastic as well.

We hired Simma's Bakery to do the desserts for our wedding. We had a cheesecake for our wedding party and mini desserts for our guests. The cheesecake was incredible (as usual), and the guests really enjoyed the mini desserts! All were delicious. Simma's staff were easy to work with, they gave very generous samples at our tasting session, everything was delivered on time and looked beautiful. We were very happy with all of our desserts!

When we got engaged, I knew I had to have a Simma's cake at our wedding. Simma's cake is truly the best; no other cake tastes just as good days later as it did on the first day you had the cake! Truly, my most favorite cake. We ordered a multi-tiered cake with chocolate and white cake with chocolate mousse filling. The bridal show special was a free cake stand rental which saved us $50!

When I want to be certain that I'm serving the best, I look to Simma's for their cheesecake, but frankly I've never been disappointed in any of their baked items. Everything they sell if fresh and made to look and taste perfect. This is truly a five-star operation.

Morning buns, raspberry danish, and the Apple bars are my favorite go to treats on a weekend coming home from work to enjoy with a nice freshly made cup of coffee. Of course, don't forget the cheesecake! If you get a chance change it up and try the apricot filling. Tastebuds couldn't get enough!! The crowds are handled quickly and your in and out in no time. Enjoy!!
