I used to go to this place all the time, because it's right where I live. But now I heavily advise against it. They constantly get orders wrong and the customer service is god awful.nnThey never once crack a smile or even make eye contact with you. And the food always comes out looking soggy and awful. It's like they rush it or something. Even if you order from the app for convenience, the food still comes out bad.nnTake it from me, avoid this one. Go to the other nearest one, I promise you it's worth it.

Probably the Third time that I've tried to go to this location and every single time they either don't have a cook and won't make any food because the staff decided not to show up or they don't have anything of what you want. It's not like I'm going absurdly late in the day they should have stuff there. Well third time's a charm I won't come back to this location again

Unlike other Dunkin Donuts this one brews the coffee and stores it in a container which is then poured into cups. If I wanted coffee that's been sitting awhile I'd go to a gas station. I just went through the drive thru and ordered an extra large with sugar/cream. Once again it's room temperature, although an identical order from the Airport location would be piping hot.

Worst dunkin by far. Coffee tastes like it's been left to sit on the burner all night. Won't matter if you ask them to remake it either it will taste the exact same burnt and bitter.

Service good. However, due to covid. Really surprised going through drive thru staff had on mask but no gloves, even though handling cash from cars. Then to get my coffee with staff pressing top down, with no gloves. Looked through window staff inside again with mask no GLOVES. I just felt I had made a terrible mistake. Couldn't enjoy sandwich. I think I will not be going back, may have just dodged covid! Sorry...we need to be safe.
