So far I like these results better than electrolysis. And the nurses explain things to me. This time she took initiative and reminded me what to expect. I appreciated that because when I went home it looked as though it didn’t work. These reminders encourage me to be an active participant in obtaining positive results. Thanks

Jenny's customer service was exceptional!! She engaged in small talk during the appt to make the experience as pleasant, ensured I felt ok throughout the treatment & explained what she'd be doing prior to each step. I appreciate her demeanor, knowledge, & check-ins on how I was feeling. She made laser hair removal as comfortable as it can be haha. The facility is very clean & follows safety recommendations. Everyone else I've interacted with thus far (front office & nurse staff) has been very pleasant & very professional.

The establishment is very professional and clean. Abby is a phenomenal nurse. During my laser treatment she was very understanding and observant of pain/sensitivity and went out of her way to find a good method to reduce it. Leah who handles reception is extremely patient and kind!

I received Ultherapy on my face and chest. I couldn't be happier with the results. Instantly removed the lines around my eyes and plumped the skin on my cheek bones, forehead. Now 2 months later, I continue to see the collagen rebuilding. My chest area looks 20 years younger and my face is plumper and younger looking all with no surgery. The technician were professional and personal. They explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had along the way. Thank you Ideal Image.

Lyndsey was very sweet and helpful, responded very quickly and was really down to earth during the phone call. She understood exactly what I wanted and made the purchase and document signing a breeze. I’m a repeat client and really appreciated the quick check out process without any robotic marketed up sales. I missed out on a deal from last summer, but so glad I ended up waiting as she was able to offer me an even better deal and I saved a significant amount. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, Lyndsey was amazing !
