Usually pretty fast. Unfortunately this location is almost always out of something I want such as vanilla frosted donuts. Once I received a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom of my iced coffee but they remade it at no cost which I appreciate.

BEWARE! MANAGER WILL ATTEMPT TO THIEVE YOU!! I typically come here two times a week or more. I've ordered through the app for quite a while because you earn extra points. So I placed my app order at 1:34pm today. Arrived around 1:45 to pick it up. The manager claimed to not have the order, refused to fill it despite my showing him my receipt directly in the DD app, and expected me to place the order AGAIN and pay for it AGAIN! Then points to the number on the window for me to call. Of course, NO ONE answers the number regardless of how many times you call it. NO HELP!!! I called Dunkin customer service who said there are no glitches showing in the system, that this is on the manager himself. At least I'll get my money back. Hopefully he loses his job. And I will NEVER return to this location EVER.

First time here. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru BUT that's not their fault that they're understaffed. The people working were busting their butts and did great!!!!

I came here to study yesterday for a few hours yesterday and the girls were super nice. One of them even asked me if I needed anything since I was there for a while. At one point there was a girl doing everything by herself for 30 mins with a back to back drive thru line and I felt bad for her. Seems like they’re understaffed at times.

This location can't get coffee right to save their business. Their machine has been broken for weeks to make a iced cappuccino so they make an iced latte (as of making this review). I don't think the workers know how to not burn their coffee (a very distinct burnt flavor) or how to not overload drinks with sugar.nnThe only thing Dunkin has right now going for them are the Stuffed Bag Mini's. Those are the best invention yet and the reason for 3 stars.nnFor reference, I have ordered probably about 30 or so times from this location over the last 2 years, different drinks, different foods, including donuts before making this review.
