The lady was really nice. However, this was the most unusual and uncomfortable massage I’ve ever had. The place was smelly, cold and had tacky decor. She made me pay first and only gave me a towel to cover my butt. Which was really odd. I would actually like my money back.

They are very unprofessional... With very worst customer service...nnWe booked a massage appointment for Friday 10:30am, there was no follow up call to confirm the appointment, my wife went for the appointment but there was no one in the center, we did multiple calls and left voice message but none was responded...nAfter 45mins of wait outside in winter the massagist arrived and without any apologies treated with a rude attitude and startend arguing with my wife saying the appointment was booked for Saturday and not Friday, instead of showing concern the massagist said if you want massage than do it or else please leave...nPathetic experience...nnWill not recommend any one to go at such a place who do not have humanity and behavior treating their customers...nnud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
I already posted a 5-Star review, but I feel this place deserves another. Thanks to Yuki's backwalking help, I've been able to sit at work for 2 days straight with almost no sciatic nerve pain, which had not happened in over a year for me. This place is a legitimate treasure, not to be missed!
