well they seem to actually take care of customers fast. but somtimes they are quite unprofessional with the clerks having more power than the pharmacists. But for me I have never had a problem with them and have even gotten my flu shots there.
They don't even deserve a star. They are EXTREMELY rude! They truly lack basic customer service. Both African American women up front puts a disgusting face on Walmart Pharmacy. They were gossiping about another coworker right there in the front. Save yourself the stress and trouble and just use Walgreens across the street.
I have been very frustrated with this pharmacy also. It is very hard to reach them, many times the staff are close to rude, rarely helpful. The only person there that I feel is helpful, is a pharmacist Brittany
I dropped off a refill for a prescription, 2 days in a row I came back and they recognized me and told me to wait 20 minutes.....I finally stood there and watched them fill it and got it....this happened last month as well....they’re extremely understaffed and their staff is incredibly overworked, but still friendly and easy to work with.
Do not ever visit if you want effective and professional assistance. The employees are not knowledgeable nor are they held responsible for their life or death mistakes. The Pharmacists act overwhelmed and powerless; this place is a joke. Remember, the pharmacy is just like the store, dirty, incompetently ran and utterly frustrating every visit.
