Unorganized. Yellow girl with glasses needs to be fired already! She hates her job apparently.
Terrible service. They need new management. The pretzel wasn’t even warm, they overloaded the seasoning beyond belief. I had to dump the seasoning out of my pretzel bag because there was at least a half a cup on seasoning in it. I also got a slushee and it was melted by the time they gave it to me, along with a huge amount of syrup on the bottom. I said I wanted a refund and all she did was tip it upside down and shake it around and asked me if that was okay. I used to love eating there but now it’s just a bunch of kids running the place like they have any sort of idea how to manage. I will never go here AGAIN.
The Worst place I ever worked this place is very nasty they have roaches all thru the back an the front. There corporate office doesn't care about the store or there crew just making money they are poorly ran an I would advise for everyone not to eat there due to the roaches alone they be all on the soda tops straws every where
They never answers phones and take years to confirm online orders. Never order from this place. They’re trash in every way. The employees don’t need a job. What are they getting paid for? Not do anything?! Calling corporate first chance I get and reporting this entire location. They should be CLOSED
