GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATIONnnThe employees are notoriously slow, impolite, and get entire orders wrong even after asking for you to repeat them multiple times. Whether these kids aren’t being trained properly or what, I don’t know. But I promise you will save time, money, and energy by going a few minutes out of your way to a different location.
On 3 different occassions, including today, i ordered a cold brew & got cold coffee on ice. When i asked for liquid sugar, they apparently thought granual would do....never disolves. Sucks to have throw away! Consistently get awesome cold brew at hales corners or west allis locations...but NOT on Ryan road at franklin.
Very nice employees and good products but it is under staffed. 1 more employee on the clock would of helped everyone
I mean the food and coffee here is the same as ebery other Dunkin. But their employees are turtles. They take upwards of 5 minutes to take an order in the drive thru. Stopping here to get a coffee and a few doughnuts takes about 15-20 minutes in the morning, regardless of how busy they are.nI have seen lotta ppl drive off after waiting over 10 minutes at the menu. I personally just try to leave earlier.
The workers are all so nice and helpful! Especially Callie, she’s very sweet!
