Just got my usual chai tea latte and hash browns and was delivered exceptional customer service. I’m not sure her name but she was one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever encountered. Her good mood and friendliness seriously made my day!! Thank you
Its dunk-a-rific
The staff was nice especially the lady doing drive-thru but most of the employees weren't wearing masks and of the few that were only one had it on correctly. I might not have been so disgusted by it except that one employee was coughing all over the place and didn't even cover her mouth. We are in a freaking pandemic.
The staff is pretty friendly and gives good service NOW. However, I feel like the quality of things are a hit and miss at times. The coffee sometimes is bland. My orders sometime come out still cold (or given the wrong order). Im not sure if your employees are wearing hairnets but i recommend they do. Last order I got had a long brownish hair in it. Therefore I do not go to this location anymore. I like consistency and this place is either spot on or a miss.
My bestfriend introduced me to Dunkin Donuts a couple months ago. I get a Large Carmel Craze (extra carmel), chocolate glaze Donut, 2 wake up wraps. Its safe to say I became a regular fairly quickly because I love their items and the service was always amazing. Nikki at the drive thru window always remembers my order and the rest of the am team is also very nice to me! I love going there! Thank you to all of you guys for making my mornings start off right!
