This location has always been competent, even if the drive thru sometimes has a line. They’re good with timeliness if you use the app to order ahead.
0/10, I gave the person at the drive thru a 50$ bill and he gave me the incorrect amount of change back and he told me I gave him a 5$ bill. not the best experience.
They have always been inconsistent but it has gotten worse. They have gotten my last three orders wrong. We got a Latte with no espresso, a mocha with that had raspberry in it and one time everything was right except 3 drinks all had a hint of pumpkin spice. I don’t blame the staff I blame an incompetent franchise owner who’s neglecting their store. I’m originally from Boston, the land of Dunkin. This store wouldn’t exist if there was any competition close by
Staff is very friendly! Fast service and our coffees/breakfast sandwiches were delicious!
After waiting 10 minutes to order, as I was in drive through and there was no way out of line, I placed my order (I always order the same thing) employee gave me wrong type of coffee, as she handed it to me I said it was incorrect. She then told me that I ordered it that way (again I only order 1 type of coffee) and continued to hand the drink to me. Since there was a long line behind me I said fine I will just take it at which point she rolled her eyes at me. Horrible service. Slow service and the coffe did not taste very good, most likely because it wasnt what I wanted.
