I only went here because someone else was treating. Absolutely the worst experience in my life. Both the insides of my feet were cut open for there foot scraper thing and had to get bandaged so the rest of the pedicure was nonexistent and on top of that all the skin is still around my nails from my manicure. Horrible experience.
I love this salon! All the technicians are so nice and always give me exactly what I want. I would never go anywhere else!
I made an appointment for the last three times that I’ve patronized this business and each time I had to wait 30 minutes or more to be serviced. And then when I asked for recommendations on good times to make appointments I was told “I don’t know” or “I’m sorry and “ sorry the manager is not here”
High level hygiene practices, cleanliness,safety precautions in place. Excellent pedicure, so relaxing!
I have been going to this LyLy Nails for almost three years. Everyone is very professional, kind and inviting. They have lots of colors and always are able to color match a design that I find online. I go to one person and two backups if she's not available (I usually set appointments). I've gotten my brows waxed, nails and feet done. I would high recommend.
