I have been coming here for 20 years. The stylists do an excellent job of listening to the client and respecting their wishes above all. The wishes of the customers is uppermost in their minds, yet, they always have new ideas should you want a new or different style. Customer Service at Indulge Studio is excellent., a feature I consider very important. Your calls arepromptly responded to, and stylists will call you back without hesitation. I have never had a problem in all the years I have been a customer, yet, I know, if I did, it would get immediate attention. Also love the products they sell to the public. They are always up to date with the latest trends, if that interest you.and change when newer or better products become available. I would highly recommend this team to anyone wishing a professional team that is responsive, talented, current, and good customer service
I love Indulge. They treat clients so well, it’s the small things! Takes our jackets at the door, greets us with a smile. Sam always does such a great job with cut and color. She listens and is so passionate about the job. I always look forward to my hair appointments, they do such a good job there, and have HIGH quality salon products. I love supporting small business!
When I made my 1st appointment with Sam, I was looking forward to seeing her and what she could do to give me a fresh new look. I was struggling with grey outgrowth and needed counsel from a professional. Sam came up with a great solution by doing a blending process so I can have a gradual transition.
