I’ve never had anything less than a fantastic experience at ReFresh! They have my complete and utmost trust with my most vulnerable and delicate asset: my face. From injections to skincare, there literally is no better team to administer and advise the absolute best care for my face. They are continually abreast of the most premium products on the market and are always knowledgeable of the best course of care. Dawn is incredible; in the most literal meaning, she is The Best injector in the state, Midwest, and across the country, quite honestly. I am always incredibly pleased with the results; I could not ask for anything better! Again, she and the entire team at ReFresh have my unwavering confidence. I won't go anywhere else and they have a client for life with me. I can’t recommend them enough!
Going to an aesthetic clinic as a male was very weird for me at first. When I reached out to Refresh, I was concerned about the spots I had all over my face, chest and back, from the sun. I am always outdoors and never really used sunscreen. I met with Susan and she treated my sun damage in, I think, six treatments and convinced me to use sunscreen and other products for my skin. All are easy to use and make my face look and feel better. I also have had other services done to improve certain aging aspects of my face, that I didn't realize could be helped. The results are good, affordable and long lasting. Trish and Arleen are nurses that have addressed my issues and I highly recommend them.nnAs a man, it seemed odd to go to a aesthetic clinic to receive these sort of treatments, but I can tell you first hand that Refresh treats you with respect and works with your needs. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and professional these people are.nnA few of my relatives now drive into Whitefish Bay just to have treatments at Refresh.
One word. Incredible! From the staff to the service providers. Everyone at Refresh is knowledgeable and professional. They truly care about their clients and they also demonstrate by their attitude that they love their career of helping others become their best selves. Which is always a confidence booster for me when selecting someone to perform beauty services. I was just at Refresh yesterday and came here to leave a good review, and seeing all of these negative ones make me so sad. I have been coming here for years and have experienced nothing less than stellar service. My treatments are completely natural looking and Trish and Caitlin have never pushed me to do anything that I don't want to. My options are laid out for me, correct pricing and all, and my skin has never looked better. The Refresh team is so caring and their expertise is unmatched. I will never stop recommending Refresh to anyone and everyone!
