I love the precautions they take during my manicures and pedicures. There is a protective screen between myself and the technician. And before they use any tool it is sanitized. I also like the fact that the salon is spacious so customers feel safe that social distancing is observed. They are also very attentive and professional. I enjoy their services.
I was very impressed by this salon! Everyone was very friendly and my nail technician (Jenny) did an amazing job on my nails. This will be my regular salon from now on.
This salon is ok. I had an awkward experience here. They recently hired someone who speaks absolutely no English. It’s not his fault I understand the times we’re living in, but anyway. It was difficult to communicate with him about how uncomfortable and rough he was. Then when it was time to pay he kept swiping my card instead of inserting it because I have a chip. When you do this my establishment locks my card, for fraudulent activity. So when someone finally came and helped him my card declined. I had to sit there for an hour to wait for my card to unlock. They really made me uncomfortable while I waited. I come here often. Probably won’t be back because it was just awkward and embarrassing.
Intelligence guided by sure hands and the bedside manner of your favorite relative. I enjoyed just being greeted!
Good customer service nice nail work and lashes extension was nice work. Will return.
