Best experience. Sarah at the front desk was amazing she answered all my questions and returned my phone call right away with specific details.nThey ended up getting me in right away which was awesome.nThe environment is clean and they are very professional and so sweet.nI worked with Dee and she was great! I am HIGHLY impressed with my experience at Ideal Image in Fox Point. From the 1st consultation to the follow up phone call with Nurse Amanda, each experience was thoughtful, considerate and professional... and fun! I could see and hear the upbeat smiles even behind every mask. In todays crazy environment, stepping into Ideal Image for some much needed, overdue self-care was like stepping into another world for a couple of hours. I am ready to take on the world again.

The nurse Dee is so nice and so sweet. The receptionist Maddie is very knowledgeable about the company. I amnNot fond of the company though. They pressure you to get services. I feel it’s not about the people but the sales at corporate Ideal Image. It takes a long time to talk to a representative when you call the corporate Ideal Image phone number.

If it wasn't for the amazing customer service and above-and beyond efforts of consultant Sharon Mistichelli, I would have already taken my business back to the medical spa I left years ago. Ideal Image has always and I mean ALWAYS provided the most professional services in the most personalized manner at some amazingly affordable prices in the decade I have been going there. So, I was very confused by the my location's lack of response or follow up regarding my appointment back in Spring. We are talking MONTHS! Then Black Fridays deals weren't deals like Ideal's customers have had before. Seriously. I was so disillusioned and ven wondered if the company was going away? However, I need to give credit where it is due. Sharon worked up a package that addressed my needs and was just amazing in the way she listened to my concerns and responded in the manner I had become accustomed to by those on the Ideal Image team. I can't say that I am 100% happy about the company's Black Friday pricing or limited promotions. But I CAN say because that of the professionalism and personal attention that Shaon did to make it happen for me, Ideal Image will keep this loyal, 10-year customer! Thank you. Anna
