Went in to get 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 donuts and a coffee. Person behind counter started off saying they don't do breakfast. Eventually, the order was fulfilled. Kind of. One sandwich was made completely wrong, one looked like a hot mess and the donuts were forgotten altogether. This place is a total hit or miss, because I've gone in other times without issue. Depending on who is behind the counter, you'll get someone who cares or someone who doesn't. Go in at your own risk!
Line was out the door on Sunday morning but the cashier took my order when it was my turn (2 drinks, food) and the person cranking out the breakfast sandwiches didnt skip a beat. Everything was correct and I was on my way about 5 minutes after ordering. They were out of munchkins though :-(
Best customer service I have had in a very long time
Our Bagel was pretty skimpy of cream cheese. Got a medium size hot coffee, asked for a small cream. Did not get a small cream added. They put more cream in the coffee. It was cooled down. Giving 3 stars
Poor management quality. The manager seen a group of people she must have known , and proceeded to take their order after I had been waiting in line for 5 minutes and was in line before them. Great customer service starts with a great leadership.
