I will absolutely NEVER go here again. They lied to me, telling me my provider was still working for them when she quit months ago. Then they continued taking my money for their membership even though I said I didn't want one anymore, they refused to cancel it. Now they have $800 of my money and have canceled 4 times in the last 2 months and say they have no more providers in Wausau because the people have resigned and will not give my money back. I'm sorry, but if you're lying to your membership clients about actual providers, the business has broken the contract, not the client. This is absolutely unprofessional. I have my own business and if I were to do this to people I would be in court with fines, and have no business in a heartbeat.

I went to Jen to get lip fillers for the very first time, I wanted to correct my lips and I knew I was in good hands immediately. Jen did such an amazing job, I’m obsessed with my lips. 10/10!! Love it!!!

My appointment was cancelled within a few hours. I had taken the whole day off work and arranged to stay in Wausau because I live far away. I was not offered any compensation or credit to my account for the time that I have lost... This is extremely unprofessional for a business to do... Prior to this I had emails and text messages blowing up on my phone telling me about my appointment... I would have expected a credible business to have gave me compensation for my loss for today in order to keep me as a customer.. I would warn anyone Do not go to this business. If this is the way that they treat people I'm sure that their products and quality of service is just as bad..

Tried to also get a refund due to no staff at this location. Horrible customer service from office manager Krystal. Rude and nasty. My guess is she repeated the calls multiple times to multiple people. I suggest to find another provider that is professional, and can actually provide services.

Counter Clinic has always been a wonderful place to go, and since Sujitra has begun working there, it is even way better.nWe’d known Sujitra when she was working at another place, and we’re honestly thrilled to see her closer to home.nShe is a tremendous asset to Contour Clinic!nThe wife & I are so very grateful to what we’re able to have done there!
