Never has what website has, lines are always too long, not enough cashiers
Great selections and great pricing. Register lines were long but moved thru quickly and efficiently which also included disinfecting between each use. Great system in place here.
Everything is too close together. Its like you are walking through a maze. However, they serve good food and beverages in the lounge.
I love the store so I’m giving 2 stars but im alittle annoyed with the jewelry.... I was looking for jewelry for my girlfriend but my coworker had told me they lie about the material of the metal at Kohl’s.... so I ended up going there anyways. I bought a pair of stud earrings for 200$.... Since my girlfriend has sensitive ears I made sure to get gold... well I was told it was gold. Well my girlfriend was sensitive to them anyways and could only wear them for about 2 hours at a time... it’s been about a year since I’ve purchased them and they turned copper like a penny and most of the little diamonds have fallen out......I don’t know much about jewelry but I don’t believe 200$ little stud earrings should turn copper and fall apart after being gently warn.
I normally love shopping here, but today the selection was not great and the prices have really increased compared to normal. I'm guessing it's due to CVD-19, but I wasn't very happy/impressed with it today.
