I wanted to treat myself to a bagel this morning and Big Apple has the best. Unfortunately the customer service was horrible. I had to ask the counter person to put her mask over her nose as she was taking my order. She did and after she took my order she did wash her hands.nThen when I was handed my bagel to go, the other woman working did not have gloves on. I also asked her to next time to put her mask up over her nose. She started to ask me in a mean way, to my ears, if I was the.... The other woman said she couldn't breath. I asked if she could prove it.nI then turned to the customer who had come with out any mask and told him I was not happy with him not wearing a mask. I left the store.nI WILL NOT BE BACK.
What I ordered was very good and when I got there to pick up my order they were kind enough to bring it out to me.
This place has the best bagels. The employees were very courteous and polite. The place was spotless clean. They have coupons frequently so make sure you check your fliers! Bagels are fresh everyday but get there early so you can get your pick of the best flavors. I recommend this place and will be going back.
Thank you Big Apple. The bagel I had made my day. It was absolutley stunning, my taste buds need a cigarette after that one.
I've lived in manitowoc for two years now and drive by Big Apple Bagels every day and today i decided to stop in and try there bagels and wow what a treat best bagels I've had since Florida, plus there cream cheese is also home made and the best I've ever had ! If u have never had the pleasure of trying there food u must stop in to give your taste buds a piece of heaven!ud83dude00
