I love this place! it’s so amazing and good! there are sooo many different flavors to choose from and you can mix any flavors you want together! there are sooo many toppings for you to choose from. and at the end you get a re-useable menchies spoon that you can take home! i totally recommend this frozen yogurt shop!!
My hubby and I went there this evening and were extremely disappointed. It was close to 8 PM. The featured flavors were out. There were 2 other flavors out. The Red Velvet flavor was out. There were no wear to throw your sample cup away. The only place you could throw your garbage away was next to the door so we just continued to walk out the door. We have been to this location many, many times. This was very odd and as stated before extremely disappointing.
Love coming here. Always good flavours, it's my kid's favorite.nThere's a kid's chalk board, colouring, and stickers too.
Yogurt tested great, but there were out of few flavors and were not going to make more. Also, they were out of the lids, so I guess we couldn’t take it home as we were on a bike. All Employee has to say is “sorry we are out” looks like she did not want to be there. On top of that the garbage was over flowing and and there was only one garbage can.
Product is great. Service is 50/50 at best. The two teenage girls working today were eating when we got here and are currently hiding in the back, intermittently popping out and giggling.
