I chased to Target for a memory card for my cell. CODY who works in this department was awesome. Very knowledgeable and actually let me know what my problem was with my cell and saved me big bucks. Hats off to him.!!! Outstanding customer service skills for a young man.

Great customer service. Purchased a TV that was broken. They went out of their way to make sure I got a working TV and even gave me a discount.

Please have employees actually read vehicle description info to keep orders straight. Also, improve your inventory counts! I'm so tired of buying things through the app showing it's in stock, getting an email saying it's all good head into the store, and then when you get there the employee says it's out of stock!nnThe Drive Up feature used to work very well when it started! I used it almost weekly. Employees used to jog out to your car within 2 minutes of confirming you were at the store in the app.nnNow the last 4 times I've used the drive up:n1. At least one item that showed in stock on the app actually isn't and I find out in personn2. The employees take 5 minutes to come out.n3. Employees come out and ask what your name is and seem all confused. What's the point of entering my vehicle info if they don't read it and have to ask my name. Then don't have it with them so I wait for another employee in the next cart.n4. They don't seem to be in a hurry and joyfuln5. Other guests can't read signs or look at the painted arrows on the parking lot clearly showing people to enter the 2 spots in alternating directions.n6. Regular in store customers are just parking like it's a normal spot up front and when I show employees what's going on, they don't want to inform these people that this area is drive up only, so more people do it. Just like parking in a handicap spot and thinking it's ok because she's in the vehicle still and her friend just had to run in quick.

Had Cody, an associate or manager, I'm not sure. Take some time to greet me and make sure I was finding everything I needed. Also thanked me for masking up. Great guy :)
