By far the worst cold stone I've been too. 3x now they can't make blended drinks. First 2x I was told blender was broken. And now you can't go in without a mask. Associates have also been nice bit seem like they're not getting the best training. Whoever runs this one sucks. I would rather drive to the dells one. That one is awesome. Great owner also.
Very dirty. If it’s that bad in the front where customers are- I know it is probably even worse in the back area(s). Counter was dusty. Floors definitely not cleaned in the past few days. Several flavors of ice cream were out. Looked almost like they were going out of business. Love cold stone but will not be back to this location.
Good ice cream. There waffle cones are very good they make them tere! And friendly people working.
Severely understaffed. There was only one person working so I waited 30 minutes to get an online order that already been paid for.
Love cold stone but today the Gm who served us was very rude and barley filled 3 love it sized ice creams. Not worth $18 and very disappointing
