I usually have a pleasant experience at Dunkin' Donuts, but today, 11/26/2020, the manager working there around 11:30pm had awful customer service. When she took my order, she was sighing, sounded like she didnt want to be there, and didn't catch my order the first or second time I said it. I repeated myself a third time and when I got to the window, the drinks were still wrong. I was asked to pull up and wait, which I did. I received my drinks and they were still incorrect. At this point I was frustrated and I just left because the manager in charge was not professional enough to make sure the order was correct after taking the incorrect order the first time. I've worked in fast foods before and this is not the way to run the day. I asked for two large iced matcha lattes with almond milk and light ice, what I got the first time was two large iced lattes that were 3/4 filled, corrected my order and got two large iced macha lattes that were not mixed well and were filled with 99% ice. Thoroughly done with Dunkin' Donuts. If I could add my photos to this review I would.

Kid ordering doughnuts and there was zero mention of the ones he was ordering were jelly filled. Nothing on the labeled shelf either. These were even premium ones with an additional charge. 3 doughnuts now are trash as he won't eat the jelly filled ones.nnAsked about the doughnuts and they would do nothing to fix the issue. Customer service is severely lacking at this place.nnDo not recommend...

Drove thru. Prices ok.i wanted raised cake frosted Strawberry....they NO GOT!

The donuts were fresh. Ordered a dozen to take home with me since I don't have a Dunkin donuts where I'm from. Got the sausage, egg and cheese crossaint sandwich and it was good, flakey. I would not get the hot cappuccino, no choice for flavors.

Multiple staff have tested positive for covid, company is not warning customers or having their staff get tested. The manager is also refusing to get tested after multiple exposures to covid positive family and friends.
