What happens when a good soup place tries pizza? I tried it. I think if I would add pizza sauce, sausage or pepperoni, and some mozzarella it could have passed for pizza. Otherwise it was just a rip off.

Can’t find anywhere on the website to leave a review and get an error message when I click the link. Was not offered a receipt with a survey either so I’ll leave it here. Ordered the larger (and was charged as such)sizes of Mac and cheese and the Mac and cheese/broccoli cheese soup mix and got smalls. Food was lukewarm, at best. And I only live a few blocks away so normally it would still be hot. Got cut off mid order so we didn’t even get to order everything we wanted and said screw it due to the rudeness. I know some people have bad days but these seem to happen more and kore often when we order from here. With how much y’all charge I’d expect a little more. Your employees don’t seem to care at all about customer service.

Absolutely awful delivery service! I ordered thru the Panera website. Food said it as delivered (to a business address). Never saw it. I called Panera to resolve the issue, they said to call either Grubhub or Doodash. None of this information was on any of the emails I received about delivery. Get on board with all the other delivery services. Panera only offered to refund me my order and I could try again and place a new order. Very frustrating as I have only a limited time for lunch and don't want to chase my order. Disappointing

Waited for food in drive-thru for over 30 minutes, my ice coffee was the worst I have ever had, Steak and cheese was drenched in the horseradish sauce couldn't eat it. The two full salads were good. I go yo Panera very often but never had bad food or coffee. $35.00 for two salads rest got thru away. Never said thank you or asked if I had a Panerai card.
