Really helpful and friendly. Have lots of stuff in stock normally. Sometimes you have to wait for stuff to come in (guitar strings and straps)
I have been involved with Richard's Music for almost 10 years. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I am a local music teacher and really appreciate that they offer quality instrument rentals. I have also taught private music lessons in their store for a few years. They are very accomodating and have a great space for private instruction. Additionally, I have purchased a guitar and various other music supplies from Richard's. My guitar is still in good shape almost 10 years later. Richard's music is a true gift to our rural community.
Great customer service, really didn't expect the professionalism and courtesy of old man Richard to take his time to play me a song and give me great history on the instrument I purchased. Would recommend this music store to anyone from anywhere!!!!! Thanks again!!!
I needed some work done on my guitar and Dave was all over it and had it back to me the next day! I appreciate their service & dedication. I highly recommend them!!
