I was very happy with the wedding cake Bridal Cakes & SweetArt Creations baked and decorated for my small wedding. All my guests loved it. They were able to accommodate my order within a week. I eventually used them for my daughter's baptism and soon I will order another cake for her first birthday. It was great with working with Jean for all the details.nnAs an update, I added pictures from my daughter's birthday - everyone enjoyed the cake, cupcakes and cake pops! Thank you again Jean and Renee!

Extremely disappointing. Made clear communication of what was desired for a milestone birthday party, confirmed this could be done how we wanted it in the time frame requested. Sent a few photos as well to elongate confusion.nDay of the surprise party upon picking up my $90.00 cake the decoration that was requested and verified was NOT on the cake. The girl who was there called the person that took my order and I heard her say “oh my god I totally forgot to put the flowers on there”nSo I was left with a totally white cake. The significance of the flowers I requested were her late fathers favorite flower and that was our way of bringing him to the party as well.nThe girl said she would “handle it” and deliver to the hall, but what we wound up with AFTER PRE PAYING IN FULL was a big white cake with 3 little sunflowers on it. (There were to be many larger sunflowers on this)nI complained about this a couple times after was promised “a coupon for a future purchase” but 5 months later have yet to see this.nThis is why you do not do business with places that demand 100% payment prior to delivery.nLive and learn I guess.

I got my daughters birthday cake from this place, and everyone enjoyed it! It tastes great, fluffy cake and the icing was perfect not too sweet!!! Thank you for making my daughters birthday great!!

Ordered several cakes through out the years for my daughters birthdays (at the Zion location). Had great experiences and cakes were wonderful. But, the last time I used them was extremely disappointing (Zenosha location). I sent photos and requested 2 tiered cake. When we went to grab the cake it was one large rectangle. Whomp. If you payment upfront, review your order, you assume it’s going to come out right. Don’t get me wrong it was delicious. Just not what we agreed on.
