I was one of the first few customers who was dining in. There were no more tables to sit in with a green sticker so I sat at a random table. I’m halfway with my food. One of the employees, she’s a red head & wears glasses, tells me I need to move to a different table with a green sticker. Yet, there are other people sitting at the tables that are restricted from being sat at. I tell her which table can I move to if all the tables are taken. She tells me that they are at max capacity & she can dry a chair outside for me. It was raining hours before too. I asked if I can finish my food and she tells me I can’t.nI’m very upset as I was one of the first customers to dine in before they reached capacity & I couldn’t even finish my food. It was raining hours ago and she wants to offer me to dine out , when it is still windy & wet.

Most of my order was wrong except the soup. Almost all the bagels were the wrong kind, if you order, order in person, not online. Would I still get their soup? Yes. Their soup is great, Just wish the portions were bigger.

We come to this Panera frequently, and our order is rarely, if ever, correct. When we go to the drive-thru we've had to park and go in to have them fix our order on multiple occasions. Shame on us for not checking each time when we're at the drive-thru if every single item is correct. We just stopped by for breakfast Sunday morning and our order was wrong. It's a very continually disappointing experience from the service we've received from other locations in other states where we've lived.

Incredibly slow service for delivery to the hospital, I had to drive to the restaurant to pick up our order after it took 4 hours to receive it. The delivery was just dropped at the clinic desk, not ER. Delivery instructions were not followed. This occurred two times so we are not ordering from them anymore.
