The lady that did my moms birthday cake was so sweet and awesome! The design was great and it tasted so good! I requested a cute little baby yoda and she did it perfectly! Will definitely order again ❤ufe0f

The server didn't greet us at all, he stared us down. He seemed upset and the young lady too his right took our order. I felt profiled, it's sad really. If your politics are getting in the way of doing your job then maybe you shouldn't be working with the public.

Whoever is managing this place needs to do a better job.nnWe've gone to this establishment several times in the last year, but Kenosha's local ice cream places have better product, better service and better spaces than this Cold Stone.nnMy partner and I went yesterday for a mid-afternoon treat and it took us over 30 minutes to get our ice cream. There was only one worker on staff and she was AWESOME. So patient but clearly overwhelmed during a busy weekend afternoon. She looked so tired that she could cry. The employees deserve better. Additionally, she had to keep reminding customers that only 10 people were permitted in the store at a time because the signage was not obvious enough.nnCold Stone orders take time to make, especially with the extra COVID procedures. We'll be taking our business to Scoops or Sweet Corner until we know that conditions have improved.

We ordered our ice cream online and went to go pick it up with our order number and they said there was no such order. So instead we had to wait 30 minutes to get our ice cream. Unbelievable.
