Dunkin'

i Waited in line for 30min. I am okay with waiting longer due to COVID I understand but the drive through workers and pretty much all workers today had no idea what they were doing. It seemed like they could not handle any of the orders. Once I was at the window I waited 10 min until I suggested I pull around to the parking lot so they could bring me out my order because I had hot menu items and having worked fast food I understand. I personally would have suggested this from the beginning. These workers were not experienced seems they need some guidance from management on how to handle situations. When I got my order it was still cold and no napkins were provided in my bag. I won’t be returning to this Dukin ever again. I only came because I had a gift card I am extremely disappointed by the service and I don’t think it’s just these employees’ fault I think upper management needs to be training better.also after reading all of the previous reviews from the last 4 months it seems it ever since Covid this establishment has really gone done in their service. I remember coming here years ago and it being find. I really think upper management should come wider these reviews and try to turn this place around. Maybe provide some incentives for working more or better employing. More bonuses or something for these young kids to try and provide better service.

Seriously it is a coin toss the past week I’ve been really patient I always get a caramel craze and ask for three shots of espresso that is a very bitter drink I pay extra for this and three times this week they have failed to give me my espresso and when you call they don’t even pick up the phone or return your call. Better off going to one of the smaller local joints very disappointed.

So this goes out directly to the two managers that should not even have that title I think it’s wrong to have minors under 18 years of age working til closing and alone there’s never any managers there and for what I know at least one manager has to be present at all times. And I also heard that on 10/17 Brianna the so called “manager” served a costumer a bagel that was under cooked that should not be allowed I think I will contact the health inspector as well after this. I’ve seen in your work group chat how you Daniella which is the GM are threatening all your employees that if they don’t do briannas dirty work they will be fired if they miss a day they will be fired. I can keep going on with how trashy this place is. But Just to let you know I did contact corporate as well.

Good operators at this Dunkin. Speedy and courteous. Careful on entering the parking lot heading West on 75th St... you don't want to get caught up in a traffic jam so turn quick!nnLove me some Munchkins!!!
